im looking for some graphics tips i have used photoshop before but want to start messing around with it abit more would any of you guys mind sharing some tips on the use of photoshop

You answered your own question. Best tip to you is to play around with photoshop until you figure out what you need

I would learn your tools and play around with Photoshop until you get comfortable with it. I also suggest that you keep everything you do in Photoshop simple. The more simple things are the cleaner they will look in my opinion.
