OhDiegoCosta wrote If UKIP took control, the British public would contine their unhappiness because they have no faith in politics. The complaints will continue, UKIP will mentally amalgamate with the conservatives/labour and they'll look to another unorthadox party for 'real change'. The closet racists won't be happy with the Australian migration system or will want a more radical approach (idiots). We'll also suffer heavily if we leave the EU, a lesson that we'd learn the hard way.

Please, explain how we would "suffer heavily" from saving BILLIONS of pounds per year and being able to make our own laws?

As for this whole "racism" crap, it needs to stop. Just because they are not "politically correct" like your other useless parties doesn't mean they are somehow "racist".

Anti British? Because i dont believe that everyone that comes to this country are stupid immigrants that only want to 'take from us' and make us feel like 'second class citizens'. Like i said, We are part of the EU.. It benefits us as much as any other country in the EU.

As i have already stated, I think the whole immigration thing could be better but UKIP should not be given power of this And your blind to think there not racist, sorry but you are.

Benefits our country? Jesus Christ, I hope you are joking. We send £9 BILLION in foreign aid every year to country's who don't even need our help. We pay another £8 BILLION in net contributions each year, and for what? All this money could go into something useful, like the NHS which is what UKIP have pleged to do. We don't even make our own laws because we are part of the EU. All our laws come from Brussels. As long as we are part of the EU, we are an open door for everyone and anyone. As for you saying they're "Racist" you need to pull your head out of the sand and tell me WHY they are racist instead of just saying "because CaMORON told me so".

Also, not a tory/labour voter? Must be Lib Dem, and what have they done exactly? Oh yeah, bugger all. If it's anything as such as "The Green Party" I cannot take you seriously.

Leaving the EU;

Millions of jobs could be lost as global manufacturers move to lower-cost EU countries. Britain's large foreign-owned car industry would shift into the EU and sectors linked to EU membership such as aerospace would also suffer. Airbus production could move to France and Germany, pro-EU commentators claim.

The real issue is the right of UK citizens to work and live in EU member states, which may be restricted.

The UK's contribution to the EU budget is a drop in the ocean compared with the benefits to business of being in the single market, says pressure group Business for New Europe. It could be costly for UK exporters if they face EU legal arguments against UK standards - there could be a lot more court cases.
The UK could lose tax revenue if companies dealing with the eurozone, especially banks, move from the City to the EU.

The EU is the UK's main trading partner, worth more than £400bn a year, or 52% of the total trade in goods and services.
"The UK is always likely to be better positioned to secure beneficial trade deals as a member of the EU than as an individual and isolated player," says Labour's Europe spokeswoman Emma Reynolds. The EU is currently negotiating with the US to create the world's biggest free trade area - something that will be highly beneficial to British business.

Stripped of influence in Brussels, Berlin and Paris, Britain would find itself increasingly ignored by Washington and sidelined on big transnational issues such as the environment, security and trade.
America and other allies want Britain to remain in the EU. The UK risks becoming a maverick, isolated state if it leaves.
"Tax avoidance and evasion will reach crippling levels as our economy becomes increasingly wholly owned by foreign multinationals that make tax avoidance in Britain central to their business strategy," claims pro-European The Observer newspaper.

The most HEAVILY left-winged news source that you could have POSSIBLY found. They are Pro-EU, of course they are going to spew out some bullcrap numbers about "how bad it would be if we left the EU".

You mentioned before that you would be okay with the another party having the same immigration control that UKIP want, however this is NOT possible as long as we are a part of the EU.

Nope. It seems many of you haven't even read UKIP's policies. I suggest you do so before making over-used un-influencial jokes such as this.

I actually have though, don't be too quick to jump to conclusions.
You probably just have the humour of a wet carrot.

Personal insults being thrown about during a debate? I don't think you're welcome here.

You found me calling you a wet carrot an offensive? If you saw that as an insult, then you're not welcome here.

Right, of course. Anyway, moving along from the childish statement...

and you think the BBC would just spew random numbers without checking them first? Don't be silly.

From what I can tell, everything from that BBC source is also backed up by more sources.
You're acting like this is all straightforward and that UKIP has no cons.

There are pros and cons with everything, calling other people stupid for realizing this when you don't is very ironic.
