I don't know where to post this so I posted it here. So I keep getting a virus pop up that I can not exit out of and its really annoying, the pop up says for me to call this 24/7 costumer support number to remove this virus should I? If not what should I do to remove this virus? Please help I will rep

Do not call that number, I got those once. Usually to get rid of it, you just need to download MalwareBytes to get rid of it. I used Norton because I have Comcast Internet, so it came free but if you need a free virus/malware removal program, download MalwareBytes, you should be good.

If what Smsnh suggested doesn't work then try doing a factory reset. This works with some viruses. But some attach themselves to documents or a part of your laptop that will not work without it on there. The factory reset will reset everything on your laptop to when you first brought it. If neither of them work. Try a Disc fragment clear out. Your computer will recognize what is needed and not on the computer.

Open the task manager and remove the task like this.
Right click the process.
Click details.
Right click the service.
Now click end Process.
Doing this will force close it.
Right click the process.

Guys thanks so much for the help! I downloaded malaware and got it fixed thanks a lot, this topic now can be closed.
