'Right' and 'wrong' don't really exist when describing grammar.
You can have non-standard grammar - while standard grammar is seen as more acceptable - but it's not 'wrong' to capitalize the first letter of each word.
I don't really mind it - as long as their sentences are structurally understandable - because I don't have a hard time reading words like that.
I don't know how it is around the world but if I wrote an essay typing like that in Sweden, I would get an F for sure.
Exactly. Essays, business letters, all of those types of official documents are supposed to be written in standard form.
This is TTG though, so I wouldn't say the same rules apply.

I think it's annoying too. Not as annoying when people type "lyk diz" though.
