K, so I bought a new supplement to try out for pre and post workouts, only thing is, the powder scoop requests one scoop put in with 8 oz of water, now usually I would pour it in a water bottle and mix it like before, but I can't now.
With the water bottle being almost 17 oz and each scoop 8 oz of water, can I pour 2 scoops and still get the same effect or is this bad or should I just buy a 8 oz bottle?
Lmao

To my understanding, it wouldn't make a difference if you put just one scoop in the 17oz bottle. As long as you drink the full 17oz bottle, you still consuming the same amount of protien/pre/post supplement as you would in an 8oz.
I may be wrong but I've personally always used more than the suggested amount of water because I don't like the taste of most supplements. It makes it easier for me to drink.
Like I said, this is only to my understanding. Someone else may have a more accurate explanation of how that works. However I don't recommend putting double the powder. I have a pre workout the would probably give me a heart attack because how amped it makes me. Two scoops would be overkill lol
All in all, it make be easiest to buy no 8oz bottle haha

Haha just drink it in a timely manner. You dont need to slam it, but as long as it's all consumed within 30 min. I've deluted mine for a long time and don't see a difference in effect.
