The $3500 budget is strictly for the build. Not for any monitors, or keyboards. I'll probably spend another $500 to $100 for the monitor(s) and a keyboard.

Included monitor and keyboard within your $3500 budget. You can easily add another 2x Fury's in XFire, but you'll need to use 2x molex to 8-pin PCIe cables to power the 4th Fury, if you do that. I wouldn't recommend 4-way XFire or SLI anyway, scaling is terrible and it's just not worth it. If it were me, I'd be doing a custom loop and/or custom case with this sort of rig.
