uhm it depends. If you're in to arts and sentimental, getting a tattoo is alright. Most people get one as a memorial or a story of their life like victory over tragedy, memorable experience, etc. But if you're getting a tattoo just for the sake of having one or being one of the "it" crowd, then you'd better not. You will just regret it in the end. So better get one with a personal meaning or something that is relevant to your life.

And to the person that said it looks terrible, it depends on the artist that did the tattoo. You just get what you pay for.

It is your body and your money to spend on the tattoos. The only thing I will say is that you should not get tattoos that can't be covered with a shirt or pants or other forms of clothing. The reason that I say that is because a lot of buisnesses do not like to hire people who are covered in tattoos. I however do really like tattoos and do not have any on my skin yet (still saving for them) but, I do have a lot of tattoo ideas drawn out for when I have the money together.

ATL_Braves wrote Do not get one. My parents have always preached the fact then when you 50+ you will regret it majorly. I mean the ink is permanent and doesn't look good with saggy skin
your parents clearly just dont want you getting tattoos ive heard this the opposite way round too "dont get a tatoo when youre skinny when you put weight on it will look silly " it wont because the tattoo will move just the same as where the body fat goes so it will stay in the same position no matter what

Yes for memorial "RIP "Name" "date" Etc... that are not too large text, but I don't like the look of loads of Tattoos since its not going to come off, if its a small thing then fine and won't regret as much as a Massive "something" across your "chest, back, arm" etc...
