It would bring it up to date compared to what you have now, but the websites will have the latest versions of the drivers.

Whats your CPU usage and RAM usage?
Open up task manager.
Flashing the BIOS isn't really going to help in performance.
Update the GPU drivers as mentioned above.

CPU Usage is around 20 percent and ram is around 35 per cent

That on full load or idle?
Monitor it while gaming.
The CPU could also be throttling due to the temps.

So i got the New thermal paste installed perfectly and im still getting around the same temperature ???
