Hey guys! My name is Kenny and I've been working out for 4 years now, but have been weight lifting for about 3! My previous history has been long and difficult. Growing up I was always the skinny kid that everyone made fun of and I felt like I couldn't do anything to change that.... That was until I heard of a place called a gym. The first time I went when I was 15, I went to do a cardio class being ran by my dad, with him being a personal trainer, and I really enjoyed myself. I continued to go but I wasn't putting on muscle. When I was 16 I started to weight lift, and weight lift ALOT. I mean sometimes I went 3 times a day and saw results extremely quickly. In a matter of 6 months I went from 123lbs to 160lbs. And ever since working out has been my favorite thing to do. I am 18 years old now and going to school to major Kinesilogy and minor in Nutrition along with getting my Personal Training Certification with hopes of being a access full trainer someday!

This video is just a quick workout my friend and I did with the purpose of to get a video out there of myself. This workout is not too difficult but is a solid one if you're short on time, and keep in mind I'm not Albert Einstein, anyone could come up with a workout like this but I just noticed overtime that this is one that has always worked well for me. I'm SO excited for my future and to learn as much as I can in and out of the gym. If anyone needs any help relating to working out or nutrition or just life feel free to hit me up!

You are hardly eating anything, going to the gym isn't going to put on weight, you need to eat more.

Watched your video there, I recently joined the gym around the 8th of this month, only been like 10 times though. School only started back so will be going after school everyday anyway.

Im 16. I dont have a day dedicated to certain things I just use what I do everyday. I do 126kg on the Leg Press. Its at the point where I feel the struggle after sets of them.

He's right. Eating and lifting go hand in hand, thus if you eat crappy but lift hard you won't see any results. It takes dedication at both to be successful. And I think you need to develope a more percise lifting program. Sometimes going more than 3 hours a day can be more detremental than beneficial. Quality rather than quantity comes into place here. Go for an hour or two and totally commit yourself to those 2 hours. Nothing else matters. For me, I lift in the AM and do cardio in the PM cause I have time for that. As for the nutrition peice if your goal is to gain weight you definitely need to eat more protein and calories. Good weight rather than bad of course, but let's say you would like to weigh 180lbs, try and eat 200g of protein per day. That can be easier through taking protein shake supplements. I prefer any Gold Standard or Muscle Pharm brand protein you can get from GNC, or you can just eat more natural foods and meats which will work just as fine, sometimes better in some cases.

Here would be a basic workout plan to gain weight but also have an involvement of cardio that I would use:
Monday: Legs and Cardio
Tuesday: Chest and core
Wednesday: Cardio and Stretch
Thursday: Arms and Core
Friday: Shoulders and Cardio
Saturday: Back and core
Sunday: OFF DAY

I took some ostarine. I'm seeing some mad gains on my muscles. I bench 70kg and weigh 145 pounds and I'm 5"11 with a 6 pack and all. Steroids are the way to go.
