Most likely not, but your PSU may crap out and bring the whole system with it. My build would probably be the best choice tbh.

the build you posted is garbage powers supply sucks the 970 is out performed and you dont need the 5820k in a 1200 build that is going to be used for gameing and small graphics programs

I do need this processor actually. I already have a 5 core 2.8 ghz, but I think I could do with faster. Don't tell me my build is garbage, because yours was pretty bad yourself. I don't need a 980 I've looked at the differences in each the 970 and 980 and I'm going to be playing 1080p not higher. I quickly searched for a supply because I wasn't sure which to get, and no one has explained how it "sucks."

The PSU is very low wattage for your budget and parts you chose. It may not hold for long as if your PSU craps out, it could bring your whole system.

You dont really need a 6 core processor in a $1200 budget. The Xeon will work just fine. The 390 will be fine for 1080p, its cheaper too! Again, your build wasnt garbage, but it was unbalanced.
