Check you have the correct ports open, check your PING is NOT above 120 and also check the IP lease time on your router. Lease time is how long a device is allowed to use a specific IP address, once the time is up the device will disconnect and have to ask for another one and so on.. (to combat most issues you can just put your Xbox's IP address on the DMZ on your router, google it for a tutorial)

My internet is fine, it works on my PS4 and PC and everything else!
My ping is like below 10

I'm going to manually put my xbox's ip into my router or whatever and see what happens

See I had this issue one time before, and the issue was my router. When I switched routers with my ISP the issue went away after I got a brand new router. It's not necessarily not 100% Microsoft fault in all possible sense.
