In my oppion the parents should be charged also for putting the gun in child's reach. This is sad and sick. Prayrs for the family

I'm not sure why you're upset at everyone in the south. It's good to teach your kids about guns and safety, that way they don't turn out to be people like you. You must be a liberal based on what you just said. To sum it all up, these parents make us law abiding gun owners look really bad. It's not everyone in the south at all.
