Hello,
I was wondering, Do the people of TTG regularly work out or go to the gym? I have recently just started and I wanted to know what do you personally do to stay fit?
Also I was looking at getting a Fitness Tracker, specifically a Fit Bit. Do any of you out there use a Fitness Tracker and think they are worth it?
Looking forward to your replies

I don't go gym but I ride my bike daily for over an hour, where I work I lift heavy objects constantly but do have weights at home and I do push ups and sit ups so I work out everyday just don't go gym the perks of working somewhere which requires lifting constantly lol.

Well I play football for a team, sometimes go to the gym and have a treadmill so i guess i would say i regularly do exercise. I honestly don't see the point in these exercise trackers, just do an adequate amount of exercise regularly and you will become fit there's literally nothing more to it which is why i don't understand how these fitbits or whatever are useful.

Yes I do, I play football (soccer if you want to be stupid) and I go to the gym quite often.
I'm not as active as I used to be, I used to go out every day for at least 5 hours after school playing football, doing races, riding my bike etc everyday.

Thank you for your input. Not sure if I will get one now then.
