i am planning on getting a new graphics and cpu
for the cpu it is either AMD FX-6300 Six-Core or a AMD FX-8370E Eight-Core
for the gpu i want either a gtx 970 or a r9 390
i have a 600w psu
coolmaster zx-600

What is your total budget for everything? To get the full potential out of the 970/390 you will need a decent CPU, so a 6300 and 970/390 wouldn't be utilising the card to its full potential.

The PSU would definitely need an upgrade, the case almost definitely is poorly built, to be honest you would want a whole new build and save the HDD and possibly RAM. Would you have a larger budget for a new build?
