Well it honestly depends on what you refer on 'violence' to be. I see it as natural instinct shown by humans when threatened. It's a mechanism of the brain to defend and it is people's right minded judgement to follow through with some sort of acts so you can't blame the acts of specific people on humanistic imprinted behaviour.

Everybody defines and processes what a 'threat' is differently.
To me, a threat is someone swinging their arm towards me.
To Elliot Rodgers, a threat was the mere existence of the female gender.
To Hitler, a threat was the existence of the Jewish religion.
To ISIS, a threat is the entire western world.

Im from the UK and over here its still around a 80% majority in terms of White to other races, one of the issues we have here isnt with black people, as far as i can tell, the black people here dont have a problem with white people like it is in the US, the problem we tend to have here is the Divide between Asian and White.

I know from experience when i was in school, we had mostly white kids with maybe 1 or 2 asian families, the asian kids were racist to the white kids, when a white kid said something back they went screaming to the teachers about white kids being racist.

The world is in such a shit state these days because people pull the race card, the fact is people are just shitty, dont matter if your white black, mexican, asian Chinese or one of the Blue dudes from Avatar, people are just shitty and use what ever they can to get ahead.
