SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS SYED FAROOK, A COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTOR, AND HIS WIFE TASHFEEN MALIK (a pharmacist). THEY WERE IN CONTACT WITH MORE THAN ONE INTERNATIONAL TERRORIST SUBJECTS (via social media) THAT THE FBI WERE ALREADY INVESTIGATING. FAROOK WORKED AT THE FACILITY THAT THE SHOOTING TOOK PLACE.

SHOOTING WAS APPARENTLY RADICALIZED. SHOOTERS HAVE BEEN "RADICALIZED" FOR SOME TIME AND PARTICIPATED IN TARGET PRACTICE PRIOR TO THE SHOOTING.

INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THAT TASHFEEN MALIK PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO ISIS LEADER

14 DEAD 21 WOUNDED INCLUDING 2 POLICE OFFICERS. POLICE SEARCHED THE SHOOTERS HOMES AND FOUND 12 PIPE BOMBS, 2,000 9MM ROUNDS, 2,500, .223 RIFLE ROUNDS, AND HUNDREDS OF TOOLS.

Coworkers said Farook and wife were "living the american dream".

Farhan Khan, the brother-in-law of the suspect Syed Farook, told reporters: "I have no idea why he would he do something like this. I have absolutely no idea. i am in shock myself." Khan said he last talked to Farook a week ago.

The incident took/is taking place at a building that helps people with mental disabilities/special needs.

The San Bernardino Fire Department is responding to reports of a "20 12 victim shooting incident," the department said on Twitter.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department tweeted that there was an "active shooter in the area of Orange Show Rd/Waterman Ave near Park center." It urged people to avoid the area.

UPDATE: Law Enforcement have came upon a "suspicious device" on the north side of the affected building. Bomb Squad has the device and says it is "out of the norm".

Witnesses saying 3 men, heavily armed, equipped with body armor.

Witnesses say suspects fled in a black SUV after the shooting, after leaving a black device on the second floor.

2 men spotted disposing of black clothing near Hunt's Overpass. Quick Response are going to investigate the tip.

SB Police Sergeant says some are stating that shooters were wearing 'uniform' type clothing. Similar to SWAT or Military gear.

The three suspects are believed to be armed with AK-47-type weapons, a local law enforcement official told CNN.

ONE SUSPECT HAS BEEN SHOT AND KILLED. THE SUV HAS BEEN CHASED DOWN, FILLED WITH BULLET HOLES NOW INCAPACITATED. THERE WERE 2 SUSPECTS IN THE VEHICLE, BOTH DOWN. DURING THE CHASE, IT APPEARED THAT THE SUSPECTS WERE THROWING WHAT LOOKED LIKE PIPE BOMBS OUT OF THE WINDOW WHILE FIRING BACK AT OFFICERS WITH AR-15 LIKE WEAPONS. SWAT TEAM HAS APPROACHED THE VEHICLE WITH BEARCATS POSSIBLE EXPLOSIVE IN SUV.

ONE OFFICER HAS BEEN INJURED IN THE SHOOTOUT, NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES

SUSPECT'S HOME IN REDLAND, CA (NEAR WHERE THE SHOOTOUT TOOK PLACE) IS BEING SEARCHED FOR FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES.

DURING THE SHOOTOUT, 1 MALE 1 FEMALE WERE SHOT DEAD. ONE PERSON SAW FLEEING THE SCENE, NOT 100% IF THE PERSON WAS INVOLVED BUT HE/SHE IS IN POLICE CUSTODY

The couple ended firing at least 76 rounds, while the 21 responding police officers unleashed about 380 rounds of their own, according to Burguan.

By the time the last shot rang out, the SUV was riddled with bullet holes. And Farook and Malik were inside, dead.
