You're a moron.

It depends on how the OP is going to use a laptop. If you want to game and be a neckbeard on one then yes you can get a Windows "gaming" laptop. However if like me, you want something portable, reliable, good customer support then Mac is the way to go.

Windows does have its place in the world, for example in the gaming sector and enterprise however for me I feel that OS X is a much more refined operating system.

I currently use a Mid-2014 MBP Retina, and all that I would say would be to get one with more than the standard 128GB of storage otherwise you'll regret it. Also if you buy directly from Apple buy AppleCare from them at the point of purchase as it'll be a quarter of the price.

That's what a Macbook Pro is good at, along with other systems that run OSX (OSX is such a good OS in my opinion).
As someone who uses a Macbook quite often, I'd say it's definitely worth the purchase (although I may use it for different things that you might use it for).

You did call Mac's shitty so it wasn't that harsh. Also by calling things shitty you can make people think there is something inherently wrong with a product when really its only user preference.

When you buy a MacBook you are paying for the OS that is all.

There hardware is cheap and not reliable.

It's all over priced.
