Totally not what I expected. Honestly I thought it would be easier but I was wrong, I thought you had to push the gas pedal to start moving slowly but the car quickly accelerated. My teacher told me you have to touch it as if it was a woman. Same thing with the brakes, they're so powerful. And the steering wheel was easy to manipulate. Hopefully my next time would be easier since I was so nervous and had that 'sick' feeling to my stomach. Does anyone have tips to help and tell me about your first time driving experience.

I thought it was rather easy , I use to race go carts when I was younger than I am now , but idk if that helped , driving is fun to me , I feel like im racing everytime I get on the road lol
I got the need for speed
was that cheesy ?

Well mate, I hate to break it to you, you're hardly driving. All you're doing is basically playing a racing game, minus the racing, just now you have to follow the rod rules. It is nervous the first time, but you get use to it all fast, just don't over think it all.
But honestly, an automatic is nothing like a manual, consider yourself lucky.

Mind telling us what car it was? If you know ofc.
My first time driving, wasn't as daunting as yours may have been because I have been playing race sims all my life. The throttle response depends on the car, but you should always just feather it and keep the revs nice and low. Minimal pressure is need for the accelerator, and just apply the brakes gradually until you stop.

The only thing I've driven is...
I've driven myself up the wall when I spilled cornflakes all over my desk

That image is testing my knowledge of cars lmao, looks like a Toyota Avensis, pretty nice cars good for learning too, despite being a little bit big. Have fun in your next lesson, don't worry you will pick it up nice and nice and easy.
