Go to the Doctors, they should be able to help you out.

Then try speaking to a Family member, or try a mental health clinic

In all honesty he shouldn't goto the doctor because they'll prescribe him stuff and he'll never be able to get off of it.

IMO

I suffer the same problem, if that makes you feel any better. I usually go out and ride around the streets on my bike either morning or late at night. It tends to take your mind off things. You should also listen to music while doing so.

A personal stress reliever is karting, I have my own gear anyways because I was once going to start semi-pro karting but didn't end up going that far, so I just borrow the tracks rental karts. Fast outdoor Karts gives you a little bit of adrenaline and takes your mind off everything.

Try speaking to some friends and find ways to put everything behind you, that can sometimes be difficult but if you have guy friends then use that as your opportunity to let things by.

Eventually, the feelings will fade but for them to fade quicker, you want to talk to new people and block out everything in the past. I found out the hard way, but yeah.

If things are getting to the point where you can't cope, then a mental health clinic like the other guys said, is a good shout. Although, I can't bring myself to do that due to me being extremely anxious in places like that.

Life's a bitch.

The best way to handle it is to think positively and try and fight past it. But if that doesn't work then I would seek medical advice from your local doctors/hospital.
