That was nothing but an ignorant response. You obviously haven't been affect by such thing.
Neither would I ever wish it upon anybody.

That was so ignorant. I can't stand people like you. How do you expect someone to just 'man up' after what has just happened? Get off this forum

Everyone has their bad days, you either choose to get over yourself and your pathetic problems or you let it ruin your life.
Not an ignorant response, simply the truth, tiptoeing around the problem only causes further problems.

going to a therapist/doctor definitely didn't help me so I can't say that's a good idea. as someone whos had depression for quite a few years I can say it's definitely a real pain to get out of, even slight signs of improvement quickly dissolve. I know this doesn't help but i'm not going to lie and say happy sh*t lol. hope you can get through it though.

A typical response from someone who has never dealt with it before. It's much worse than you think, and people deal with things differently to how you do, you have to accept that. Telling them to just "man up" isn't going to make them say "oh yeah, I need to stop being a ****, and just move on" no no, not how it works sadly.
I can understand your view on it, but depression isn't as easy as that's and your post wasn't entirely helpful.

Having been on Zispin in the past for long periods of time, I know exactly what depression is like, ultimately it's a state of mind that you become trapped within. The hard honest truth is sometimes all that's needed.

find something to ease your mind, something that you enjoy to do..
tablets aren't really the greatest option.
