well, i removed my modded account that had modded gamerscore off my xbox, and my other one was reset a while back thats it.

Can i get banned for modded waw and mw2 save?

That might save your xbox, not your account though =/, but chances are they already have your consle id from your profile, Have you recently played on the modded account on your xbox?
