I miss old Call of Duty's. I miss the simplicity and fun of the game. This new stuff they've added is silly. Micro-transactions in the game simply ruins it. Take advanced warfare. You had supply drops that either boosted your game, or made it worse. Their were guns in those supply drops that were the best in the game, and you either had to be lucky, or spend a lot of money, and still you had to be lucky. You had an advantage to being lucky in that game. The BAL Obsidian Steed for example. That gun was overpowerd. Probably the best in the game. If you had that gun, you were set for life. Then there was people like me. who has the Assault version of the BAL. Two very unmatched guns, yet the exact same weapon.
Black ops 3 on the other hand, they sort of had it right. They took out the stats of the weapons, and then added just customization perks. Then the DLC dropped, and they added new weapons. Even though those aren't the best weapons, they still are better then most of the in-game weapons. Take the crossbow for example. It's a one shot kill. Yes, you have to hit them dead on to kill them, but it's still a one shot kill. Along with that secondary shotgun-pistol. It's a one shot kill up close.
I don't know if I'm the only one, but I really miss simple CoD's like Mw2 and Cod 4. Not this futuristic stuff that call of duty keeps heading to.
