If I am going to the gym then , I go to sleep at 12AM and wake up at 10AM. If I am not going to the gym I go to sleep at around 2AM and wake up at 10.30.

Mine is pretty bad lol but I work nights so I'm usually asleep by 5:30am and wake at 2pm. Try to get at least 8 hours if I can.

My sleeping pattern is okay, could be better. Normally go to bed at 9:00pm but went to bed at 4:00am last night.

Normally i would get up at 7am and go to sleep at 11pm
But recently its been waking up at 2pm and sleeping at 6am

My sleeping pattern is awful, starting to make me ill. I go to bed around 2-6 in the morning, any time between then if I am tired. I'll then wake up and random times, some mornings at 7-10am and some afternoons between 1-3pm.

depends on weekdays I go to bed around 11/12 but on the weekends I go to bed around 7-8am
