So this has happened more than a few times maybe a few dozen over the years where when Im sleeping, I will see something while sleeping and it happens in the exact way I saw it in my dream even if I have never been to that place before. This first happened years ago I dreamed I was in a hotel room watching this episode of this TV show and then a while after I was in Spain in the exact hotel room I saw in my dream watching the exact episode what I remember watching and as i said its happened a few times to a point whenever I had a dream that i remember vividly I'd type it and save it. I did that and it has happened s couple times since I started which is crazy. Has anyone had this before?

This happens to me way too often, sometimes most often than not leaving me feeling EXTREMELY anxious.. as if im about die, its actually quite terrifying at times and leaves me feeling scared. I forgot the name of this theroy but since ive been experiencing this "mass de ja vu" if you wanna call it that ive began to start to believe in living life more than once. I kinda believe that the reason we feel de ja vu or dream about events in our life and then later live the exact dream we had is because in a past life in the same "spirit" weve already lived/experienced this before. The strange thing and im not sure if this happens to you is that when I try to remember the events that are de ja vu I CANT. Its almost as if the dream I had wasnt real and I was experiencing the moment for the "first" time. I can only vividly remember one event that has occurred in my life that I ALSO vividly remember from a dream as a child (very young, around age 7). Another thing is I dont know if this happens to you but in some cases I can almost control what happens in my de ja vu's almost like I can predict what im "supposed" to do. So I begin to feel anxious somehow I can already remember from my dreams what im going to do next, I can choose not to do it, in most cases thought it still feels as if I didnt do anything and I still fulfilled my memory. Another thing, sorry for giving this list of shit but this stuff is very interesting to me. Do you ever feel as if youre living life on rails, almost like you have no control over what will happen next when reliving a memory? This happens to me ALOT and its scary shit because sometimes I wont notice until the event is taking place, once I notice im beginning to experience a memory/dream I almost immediately go into a panic attack.
Idk man life is crazy, I still dont believe in living life once. I believe that the life im living right now has already been lived by either me or someone else in my physical body at some other point in time. I dont even believe in death at this point in my life, im kinda leaning towards some sort of reincarnation type of thing but im not really 100% sure. I think that dreams we have that we later experience in our lives are actually fragments of memory we are glimpsing from a previous lived life.

Just to provide a bit of balance to the scales against Ugly's view, there is a potential explanation for this in science.
The reality is that you didn't have the dream. It's the same with Deja Vu. Your brain tricks itself into thinking it already has a memory that it doesn't have. In these cases it converts it into the memory of a dream.
The reason why you can't control what's happening is because you don't actually know what is going to happen, but while it is happening your brain is incorporating it into this pseudo-memory.
If you become aware of this effect you might try to predict what is going to happen, and even in chaos theory it isn't terribly difficult to predict what is going to happen in the near future.
I have felt this, and it is incredibly strange, but strange doesn't necessarily mean supernatural, or spiritual.

I've actually had a post from long ago saying I felt the same thing you were feeling, I basically said the deja vu feeling is actually from some parts of a dream you were dreaming while asleep, you wanna see the post

Yo that's messed up. I remember when I was like 12 I went to my aunts house with my parents and she just woke up and came downstairs and told us that she dreamt my uncle was eating shish kabobs at this restaurant called Mama's and that it burnt down. Then like 20 minutes later my uncle showed up to my aunts house and explained that he was eating there and the place burned down. We couldn't believe it and then my aunt asked if he was eating shish kabobs and he was shocked cause there's no way she could've known that. My aunt doesn't have a cellphone or anything so there's no way she was lying. Still crazy today to think that she saw that in her dream

This looks like a good explanation, except it doesn't explain him writing it down before it happens.

Same thing with PayDough
