Heard on other forums people have been able to transfer some accounts, modded and not, which leads me to believe its more of a server issue.

We've tried plenty of different tests still came empty handed.

I have tried to transfer a lot of accounts and so far only one succeeded, but to me it seems completely random as if it is a server issue.

The one that went through was it a old account? made over a month ago?

I'm looking for a ps4 account thats modded already of a way to get my account modded either way got bitcoins waiting for it.

Remember that when I tested legitimate transfers, the guy who I tested on did not contact Rockstar at all. Maybe you have to contact Rockstar to transfer now and legit players are the only ones approved.
I'm 99% positive that this is the case man
