Cheaper monitor since the other one costs more now. If you're going for the more expensive system I suggested, just make sure to get the white Tesseract from Newegg.
The case comes with one fan, you can just use that as intake in the front. You can buy another couple of fans if you want. If you do, I'd recommend two of these;

Use one in the front of the case as intake, one on the side as intake and use the included case fan in the rear as an exhaust.
