Hi guys,

Unfortunately for some reason last night when I came off FIFA (completely shut my console off) it didn't work and my hours ran out, annoyed at this I took to EA help who pied me off to microsoft...

After about 2 hours of talking to this guy he sends me this 'solution'

First we reset the sync between your account and console. Kindly remove your
account/profile from the console. Go to settings>all
settings>accounts>remove accounts. Then, we clear the persistent cache. Please go to settings>all settings>disc & blu-ray>blu-ray>persistent storage and choose to clear it.

After thta please go to settings>all settings>network>network settings and choose both disconnect wireless and go offline.

Now we clear the system cache. Please press and hold the power button on the console until it shuts down. Once it turns off unplug the power cable and leave it for at least 3 minutes. This should clear the console's system cache.

Please make sure to unplug the power cable. After about three (3) minutes plug the power back in, turn on the console and once it boots up please reconnect to your network and download your profile.

After downloading your profile please go to settings>all settings>network>network settings>advanced settings>alternate mac address and select the clear option please.

If this steps wont work please contact EA support for further assistance for the game.

I have yet to confirm if this works as I am currently at work and won't be home till 6pm GMT, but this could potentially work. Hope this does and hope it helps you!
