Used to happen to me all the time literally about 5/6 times within the space of 2/3months repeatedly all year round but I ain't had it in a long long while pretty much 2 years have gone by since I last experienced it..

I.e. I once had a dream I drove past some street a weird street and following that I walked up of it about 11/13 months later that exactly happened...

In my humble opinion, We cannot simply comprehend what causes this, happens me a lot with a high feeling of anxiety when it does.

We use about 20% of our brains, Science cannot even provide an answer for the other 80 so your guess is as good as mine.

To be honest, I believe this happens to a lot of people. It happened to me years ago and I thought it was weird and abnormal.
Now I notice it happens to a lot of people which makes me think it is just the fact that dreams become reality.

Wow that's really strange, I've heard of deja vu before but nothing like this. Damn that's pretty trippy.

I can only vividly remember one event that has occurred in my life that I ALSO vividly remember from a dream as a child (very young, around age 7). Another thing is I dont know if this happens to you but in some cases I can almost control what happens in my de ja vu's almost like I can predict what im "supposed" to do. So I begin to feel anxious somehow I can already remember from my dreams what im going to do next, I can choose not to do it, in most cases thought it still feels as if I didnt do anything and I still fulfilled my memory. Another thing, sorry for giving this list of shit but this stuff is very interesting to me. Do you ever feel as if youre living life on rails, almost like you have no control over what will happen next when reliving a memory? This happens to me ALOT and its scary shit because sometimes I wont notice until the event is taking place, once I notice im beginning to experience a memory/dream I almost immediately go into a panic attack.

Idk man life is crazy, I still dont believe in living life once. I believe that the life im living right now has already been lived by either me or someone else in my physical body at some other point in time. I dont even believe in death at this point in my life, im kinda leaning towards some sort of reincarnation type of thing but im not really 100% sure. I think that dreams we have that we later experience in our lives are actually fragments of memory we are glimpsing from a previous lived life.

Everything you just explained I have done and felt that's crazy that you also can choose not to do what you remembered doing I thought I was the only one haha.

This is very hard to actually to believe in this, only because I've never heard of these sort of dreams. Reminds me of a teleport kind of in a way if you know what I mean by this. You dream about it and then you're in the location that you've dreamed about. Weird.

What happens is in your dream, you piece together small images into a story and memories
When you activate these memories (Being in the hotel in Spain) your brain senses familiarity
It's basically a deja vu effect

This happens it may be a sign we are all actually dreaming and one day it will all end when we wake up to real like 3000 years later

this has happened to me a couple of times recently like i dont remember having the dreams untill it actually happens though
