I'm currently working for a training provider and deal with all the reporting of the financial figures to the government so that we can be paid, I'm wanting to be earning more money, the ultimate goal for me is to be an estate agent, It'd be much appreciated if I could get any help? Also I'm only 19.

Keep grinding dude. You'll make it. Gain a few years of experience. To be a real estate agent I think you'll need a degree, so you'll have to go to a university.

There are plenty of ways to earn more money, some of which you may not like. That may include picking up a part time job on the side, or even quitting your job and finding a new one. Join a union, I'm 18 years old fresh out of high school and I joined the carpenters union here in Washington, and my starting wage is $24.55 per hour. In 4 years it goes up to $40 per hour. I get raises every 6 months until I hit that wage, but in the mean time I get a benefits package worth $15 per hour. Every hour I work I get $1 for vacation, I get free healthcare along with anyone dependent on me (like if I were married with kid, they'd be covered) and I have a retirement plan. If I get fired or laid off from my job, the union will find me work until I pick up a job that takes me on full time.
