Best way to deal with Anxiety is just to take deep breaths.
I used to get it myself in Highschool back when. The best way to deal with it is to
Take a deep breath and hold it in for like 5 seconds and focus on something, like stare outside.

Go to a bathroom. Take some deep breaths. Put some water on your face and relax. That's what I did in school when I had anxiety attacks. Just relax buddy. It'll be okay.

Try to think what you gonna do when you get home. What you gonna do over weekend.
Overall happy thoughts.

if you're really struggling with anxiety you can try and get prescribed anxiety medicine such as Prozac,Zoloft, or even in extreme cases Xanax from your local doc.
