I might not be too great at advice but try to listen to some asmr video's or if you have time to take a nap try that or take deep breaths and get water

A few things you can try is to just think of happy/uplifting things. Or to get distracted on something else. Sometimes you just need to take your mind off things. Anxiety sucks I deal with it constantly. It'll be okay though.
