U
Current stats
Weight-350
Height-5,9-5,10
My goal-280-250
Iv slowly stopped drink pop and started to drink a lot of gateraid. This is kinda of my New Years resolution!
Also I'll be updating this all the way to my goal.
So anything help would be greatly appreciated!
Day 1. drank a little bit of gateraid rest of the day is going to be strictly to not eating a lot and drinking a lot of water. But my head is kinda hurting from the lack of caffeine but I'm working my head ach off.
Day 2. Drank a half a pop today and the rest water, didn't really eat anything eaither but ham and a 2 biscuits. And 4 popcorn chicken. Made me a goal today and I'm probably going to start it tomorrow-1500-2000 calories a day. Going to try and not drink no pop tomrrow.

Don't drink gatorade, drink water. Cut out unnecessary snacks. If you feel like snacking, have some fruit. Go for walks, join a gym.
Get a fitbit or Apple Watch. My Apple Watch motivated me a lot to lose weight.

Get some body fortress pre work out and some creatine and hit the gym man that's all you need and give it 3-6 months and you will lose a good amount of weight. Gotta eat healthy as well man and it's OK to eat junk food once in a while as long as you work it all off after good luck man hope you reach your goal! And props to you for not being ashamed of yourself most people wouldn't throw out information like that. But like I said good luck man!

We pretty much have the same stats. Ive been on a diet for about 1 month. For weight loss you have to burn off more calories than what you eat. I work out for 2 hours a day 6 days a week. Ive been dropping a lot of weight. Stick to it bro!

A good diet is most important. Find out exactly how much of all the food groups you need to eat everyday and stick to it.

Heres what ive been doing im around 190 around 5'11, try and cut out breads and processed foods, eat protien and do cardio, if you're gonna drink gatorade make it the Zero's because if you're just sitting on the couch drinking gatorade its not necesarily the best for you either. try and stick to serving size's amd balance cardio in with it, go running late at night, you wont be bothered and if you're a shy person late night is best to be alone and noone will disturb you. if you dont see results right off the bat dont get discouraged it will take time

Consistency. Find something that works and stick to it. Don't cheat yourself. Set realistic goals and put in the effort. Also if you have any questions about diet, supplements, and workouts pm me I'll always try to help!
