Current stats
Weight-350
Height-5,9-5,10
My goal-280-250
Iv slowly stopped drink pop and started to drink a lot of gateraid. This is kinda of my New Years resolution!
Also I'll be updating this all the way to my goal.
So anything help would be greatly appreciated!
Day 1. drank a little bit of gateraid rest of the day is going to be strictly to not eating a lot and drinking a lot of water. But my head is kinda hurting from the lack of caffeine but I'm working my head ach off.
Stick to Water and cut sweets out and unhealthy items and weight will fall off literally. Also start B-complex vitamin.
lost 30 pounds that way no working out.
ALSO ONLY DO CARDIO .

If you just eat less calories than you need then you will lose weight. The loose skin, depending on how bad it is will probably need surgury. There's no way to get rid of loose skin without it, unless you gain weight again.
Be careful about taking advice here btw, loads of people don't know what they're talking about and just post here for the post count and don't have any knowledge about losing weight or dieting.

That's true, eating in a caloric deficit by 250-500cals each day you're looking at loosing 0.5-1 pound per week.

I think the problem most people do when trying to lose weight is automatically thinking that eating way less is going to help achieve that. It might, but in the long run you are really doing some bad damage to your body. I would suggest you calculate your tdee based off of your daily activities so you can see how many calories your body needs a fair to maintain itself. Once you do that eat 200-500 calories less than your maintanince. Cut out all sugary drinks and go for things like water as it will fill you up more. Nutrient dense foods as well as high fiber foods are great for losing weight. You can still eat what you want, just as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight, but that still doesn't mean you shouldn't get your nutrition and fiber in etc. 30 minutes to an hour of activity is all you need.

Don't drink pop for the love of god.. this is why (no offense), most americans are so overweight. It's sort of understandable if you work out everyday but it's still so bad for you.
Don't drink Gatorade, you don't need it. It's filled with sugar and it's god awful for you.
Drink tons of water, go on walks every day, get a gym membership, cut out shitty foods such as premades that you put into the freezer. Do not eat foods like pizza, unless it's homemade. On that note, stick with homemade foods for a while.
Stick to this and you should be good.
Also, do not be that person where you think that eating less than normal is actually healthy for you especially when you try to lose weight. You should definitely eat less calories than normal though, but still eat.
