Try using your intergrated graphics on your motherboard, if that works you might have a defected graphics card.

It could also be a junky HDMI cable. I've had a lot of issues with cheap ones I've bought that needed to be bent in certain directions. If you have DVI (and your monitor came with a DVI cable) try using that. If not, try swapping the HDMI cable for another one and see if that works.

Okay, is the GPU plugged and clipped into its PCI slot properly? Is it even compatible with the motherboard? If you can, post your PC specs and I'll see if I can spot any anomalies

I tried 2 different hdmi cables and a VGA cable and still nothing
