What specific monitor? Has it got Freesync/G-Sync support?

i7 and GTX 1070 is ridiculously unecessary for playing LoL and CSGO at 1080p.

Significantly cheaper, and more than adequate. However if you have a G-Sync monitor, I'd go with a GTX 1060 instead of the 480, for obvious reasons.
