My computer is stuck on start-up, trying to log in is not an option. I've tried the recovery options, but they all run into an error, which brings me back to the start up. It seems as if my computer doesn't allow me to do anything but stay on the start up screen.
I've searched through a few youtube videos, found one which suggested downloading windows again; to my surprise, it did work, I was able to get back on once again; unfortunately, after a few days, the start-up looping began once again.
I'm here today to ask for help, I'm hoping someone will know why this problem is occurring and the solution to solve it.

What hardware you got?
Does the kernal just spin before Windows startup?
Do you see the Windows logo?
Detail plz, photos would be handy?

1.) Does it give you an error?
A: Yes, it did, but I would need to boot it up again to tell you exactly what it said.
2.) also have you got the recovery disc?
A: No, I do not have the recovery disc, but I did download windows 10 to a flash drive (bootable version).
3. can you set back to a certain date?
A: No, I have tried all recovery options, just gives an error code after about 50%.
4.) Is this a fresh version of Windows? What OS specifically?
A: It's windows 10, as for specifics, I'm not too tech savvy, so sorry if I get some of these things wrong.
5. What hardware you got?
A: I do not know exactly.
6. Does the kernal just spin before Windows startup?
A: I don't know what a kernal is on a PC.
7. Do you see the Windows logo?
A: On the screen, no.
Yes, I will upload the photos.

What I personally would do is, is reinstall Windows again! (I know... annoying!), delete and format all your partitions before allocating disk space for Windows (Pre-installation). When you are greated on the desktop, restart and boot in 'safe mode with networking', download Windows updates and drivers before you do anything!!!
Try this and get back to me?

All you need to do is reinstall the OS (Windows 10).
Boot to USB > You should be brought onto a Win10 installation page, follow the procedure through till you get to a screen which asks you to choose a drive to install to. Delete ALL partitions from the list apart from your USB which has the OS installation on. You should be left with only your HDD/SSD and your USB.
Once you have deleted all partitions, format your drive you want to install the OS on and just install directly to the drive. No need to create partitions or anything for the OS, this will only cause more confusion. If you would like to create partition, just do it in disk management through Win10 after installation.

Drop me a PM if you need help or get stuck on anything, I can send screenshots etc or provide video links on how its done if needed.
Note: Make sure you remove your USB with the Win10 installation on it after the process is complete and you are logged on so you do not get stuck in the installation loop next time you restart!

SaySoberDUDE wrote I can re-install windows again, format all the partitions, but I think I would need help with the rest of what you (AD4M) said.No worries matey,
Soooo as you said re-format the partitions and create a new partition to where is should make a recovery partition as well as the new local disk drive (commonly known as the C: drive).
When you are greeted at the desktop complete the following:
1) Press start menu
2) Type in 'msconfig'
3) Go to the 'boot' ribbon/tab
4) Tick 'safe boot' and select the 'network' choice
5) Apply > Ok
Before you restart! Turn 'user account control down' (UAC), again:
1) Start menu
2) Search 'UAC'
3) Drag the bar to the bottom > OK
Now restart the machine and you will be in Safe mode with networking. When on the desktop you need to proceed with downloading the latest drivers and even firmware for your motherboard is applicable. To find out your system specs without downloading a program:
1) Right click start button
2) System
3) Tell us your system specs.
I will help from there brah
