In this tutorial I will be giving simple instructions on how to
RGH2 A Corona 4GB
Parts required / Used in this tutorial
Step 1- Identifying if your console needs a post fix adapter
To do so you need to remove the heatsink from your Corona mother board and look for these traces
Step 2 - Soldering on the pin headers Make sure to install wire as shown!
Step 3 - Plug in your Maximus SD Tool
Next
Plug power into console (DO NOT POWER ON CONSOLE)
Plug SD Card Reader into PC
Step 4 - Finding out your Drive Letter
You will receive a notification asking you to FORMAT A Specific Drive (Remember that Drive Letter and hit cancel) Do not format the drive!
Step 5 - JRunner 17511
Open up Jrunner and Press Read Nand
Step 6 - Creating and Writing the ECC
Press Create ECC*
Next Press Write ECC
Now with Xell flashed to console we need to install Ace Chip & disconnect wire from pin header
Step 7 - Installing Ace Chip
Things to note, the Ace v3 chip comes pre installed with Corona Timing Files (no flashing to the Ace is required)
Solder the Points as shown below
Step 8 - Booting into Xell & Acquiring CPU key
Boot up the console to Xell
Step 8.5 - Jrunner with CPU Key
Now enter your CPU Key into Jrunner
Then hit Create XeBuild Image , Once its complete we will now reconnect the wire to the pin header and oscillator , reconnect our Maximus SD Card Reader and flash the new XeBuild image , thus completing the Corona RGH2
Step 9 - Flash Final Image
Set up Pin Header again
Plug Console Power in - Do not boot console
In Jrunner Press Write Nand
Remove wire from pin header and recase it back up and your good to go.
There are a lot of tutorials out there all pretty chopped up in their own way if anyone sees an area that needs improvement let me know
