America just drive automatics anyway, so they basically drive go karts, stop at stop signs and turn right on red lol.

As for the OP you would be prosecuted for driving without a license and insurance (probably).

pretty sure you do lol since its not a full licence so you need someone with a full licence to beable to drive a car thats full insured

If you read my other replies I guess it varies by location, cause where I'm at you can drive alone with a provisional. You need some one with a full license if you are only driving with a permit.

Yeah it's different over there to in the uk. In the uk you need to have someone by your side that has held a license for over 3 years and it 21 or older. Whereas in Hawaii where you're from, you can drive with no more than 1 person under 18 unless they're a family member and you can drive unsupervised between 5am and 11pm
