Got a question about bitcoins maybe someone on here will be able to answer.
I am selling something online to someone and he is paying me with bitcoins. Ive read some information about BTC online but i am not to familiar with it. I downloaded the a Bitcoin wallet app already. My thing is how does he gave me the bitcoins? do i give him my bitcoin address? And is there anyway i can get scammed? Like if i see the btc in my account is there any way he can take them back etc? Basically my thing is how can i avoid getting scammed if im receiving bitcoin?

once you send bitcoin I'm like 99% sure you cannot refund it, it's all anonymous transaction really technically. It's why big sellers always use BTC to sell

To receive BTC you just need to give him your BTC Address. The only way you could get scammed is if you give him the item before he sends you the BTC and you don't see it in your wallet. There is no way of chargebacks for BTC, Once it is sent, it is sent.

Potion is correct. There is no way to charge back. Once it post to your wallet it is yours.

Websites have escrow accounts that will hold your BTC while you wait for the item to be delivered. Once your receive it the website will give the BTC to the seller. That way you can't get scammed.
As for your second question, your wallet address will stay the same. If you have an account on coinbase for example you can have multiple wallet address but they all go to the same account. If you get a new app your address won't go to the new app.
