Is eating really healthy a must and is working out 3 days a week enough?

Will be taking protein shakes and will try eating more egg/chicken etc but don't really want to change my diet too much if possible?


for me diet is not really a thing, but make sure you eat loads but enjoy what you eat don't be too strict on your self like i have 2 subways a day now lol chicken

Watch some youtube videos on how to lift properly to prevent injuries and also don't worry about what people think no one is judging everyone is doing their own thing. Good luck and stay consistent.

I started really small, curling 15's. Just threw some headphones in and got to work. Few months later I'm curling 30s. Still not huge but I've made progress!

Yea, I'm in the US, Not sure if they have it in the UK, But I have it here where I live and once you have it, It makes subway taste like dog shite.

You don't need to be nervous going to the gym, why would you? You have a thought people are going to look at you, so what? Enjoy your time there and lift what you can lift don't go over the top.
