Was really skinny a few months ago so i started going to the gym, my arms have gotten a lot bigger compared to what they were but havent noticed much change in my legs. Need some good workouts to hopefully change that!

6 sets of 4 back squats - 75% of back squat max
4 sets of 5 split squats - 45% of back squat max
3 sets of 6 DB squat jumps super setted with DB step ups 3 sets of 8 each- 20lbs+ both
3 sets of 8ea. Plate lateral lunge super seated with DB lunges- 25lbs+both
finisher you could do 50 burpees

What is funny about it is we would do a competition at the end of every workout and whoever won got exempt from doing the punishment and a lot of the times it was burpies. Those things were hell, it was funny because my coach called them "shitties"

i have always hated burps but I've always loved the feeling after finishing them
this workout is not specific to any sport, its just a massive leg burning workout

Depends what you want to do strength or hypertrophy personally I would start with strength to increase your lifts but anyways here is my current leg day I'm doing hypertrophy for about 3 weeks then going back to strength, I do legs around twice a week.
Barbell Back Squat - 5 x10
Leg Curl - 5x 15
Leg press - 4 x 10
Super Set - Lunges(killer) 5 x 8 with Calf Raises 5x15

Leg Curl - 5x 15
Leg press - 4 x 10
Super Set - Lunges(killer) 5 x 8 with Calf Raises 5x15

I forget what's it called, but the workout where the bar is behind your back and you do squats with it. Try doing that, but the rest you can look up.
