I had this problem when I tried a certain menu, try removing the patch I think it is, then look for a non modded default_mp.xex

What game are you trying to mod? I can send you the normal default_mp.xex.

I have PM'ed you with the untouched default.xex and default_mp.xex files. Please give these a go and report back!

Make sure the game is a fresh install and you have the latest title update download it using aurora dash

Best bet of fixing it is probably a fresh install

it could be that the game files havent been downloaded correctly. did you download disc?
