ill be honest, when I had my rough patch i was crying out for help, screaming out but only from inside. I couldn't tell family about it, my friends had abandoned me i was working a shit job; I couldn't take anymore. Im not going to mention the suicide attempts but ill tell you this I should be dead but somehow I survived. Its a blessing.Anyway lets fast forward to now. Im feeling much better, going back to college, the gym and getting my life back on track.

For anyone reading this, I hope you find your happiness
