So for the last week I have been wide awake and can never sleep.
Any ideas to get me to fall asleep quick?
Tried Night Quill and it doesn't work.
Anything helps!

i usually just turn my tv off and sleep in the dark, i'm out in like 5 mins.

Its probably gonna sound backwards, but i usually play like a sleeping playlist on spotify (one of those thats got like ocean noises and such) i know it sounds super weird but its helped me sleep for ages now and i used to struggle alot to sleep

I always fall asleep while watching something on TV in the dark. Can always get stronger sleeping pills but you don't want to go down that route.

When are you able to actually fall asleep and wake up. It's going to be a problem when you stay up all night and fall asleep during the day. I would recommend just staying up all day and night for today, try falling asleep when you actually want to go bed. Be sure to take NightQuil about 25 - 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep. I personally use Melatonin if I can't fall asleep during the night.

Take Melatonin. If you can't sleep after taking that and NightQuil, you should probably see a doctor or something

Try making a sleep playlist on Spotify, that's what I do if that fails take a pill called "Nytol one a night" then take a shower by the time you get out and lay down you will be out cold. and there is always smoking a joint .... the only time I will ever smoke weed is if I need to sleep urgently for work the day after haha.

For me it helps when I open the window and turn off all electronics in my room.
Also you could try to control your breath. Breath in with your nose, count to 20 breath out with your mouth for 10 seconds, wait 5 seconds and repeat.
That helps me a lot. Hope it works for you
