What have you been doing in your day? As when I was off work or didn't really do anything physically I could never sleep. I was going to bed at around 4-5, now I'm back at work and actually doing something physical I am sleeping a lot better

Maybe you just need to do something to make you feel tired

Try melatonin it's very helpful for falling asleep and having better dreams it's completely lleagal as well OTC Drug!
