That's exactly what I'm saying. The install was perfect on my end. Legit had no problems with it. This shit doesn't happen randomly

Something has happened. It should boot if you removed everything. And still doesn't boot. If the mod chip is on and flashing green.
If it's not booting.

Check tv signal make sure all cables are plugged in all the way

If that doesn't work I would definitely say it's bricked or possibly GPU issues.

It was an instant boot, also OP you're looking at the wrong green light.
