Heres my typical arm day workout. I tried my best to start doing transitions but it was laggy.

Should i post cardio workouts for track?
Im going to be training for the upcoming track year so just curious whos interested in my workouts

What type of training will you be doing to prepare for track?


I would be showing diffrent speed,explosive workouts, and stamina workouts as well as people trying to increase jump height and distance jumps. (High jump, long jump)

You should add in some Arnold curls.
Really gives you a pump.
