K so I was following speedies tut. I did it to my friends, worked like a charm.

I did everything as instructed to my falcon. Now when I turn my xbox on it shows 3 red rings and makes no sound (like fans don't start).


WTF DID I DO? HOW DO I FIX THIS???

You will prob need to reflash it via LPT.

Before you do anything...

Check the secondary error code on it...

Always a must with ANY red ring to determine what exactly the problem is..

If you don't know how, google it..

Post your 4 digit code back...

no screen pops up dude. I can't check the error codes. THE XBOX DOESNT EVEN START UP.

It just shows 3 flashing lights and sits there...

push the sync button and the eject button 4 times and read the code

Code as in look at the rings and count how many times the rings flash EACH time you hit eject..

Just need to make sure it's not hardware related before you go **** shit up ;)

Probably a bad flash tho if it's 0020..

Ok just Press the eject button and the sync button and it will show an error code. Do that 4 times.
1 light= 1
2 lights= 2
3 lights= 3
4 lights= 0
