There is no way a playlist hot fix can "read" files on anyones XBOX, this includes GPD's!
If this was the case 3arc would be in breach of MS's terms of service! They are in NO WAY allowed read right access to any files stored on anyones XBOX!

Actually they are reading the files connecting your profile to THEIR disc, so they have every right to look at it and ban you if they please , no matter how annoying it is !

1. Pretty much all the mods have different clan tags ( And I had changed mine )
And, I don't even think that is something stored on their servers ( hence the fact it is so easily moddable )

I have a modded gpd on and have signed out a few times and resigned in and nothing still works a played 3 games too so idk whats up with it.. I will just go back to cod4 or gears 1

I put on the constant UAV modded GPD and within 15 minutes I was banned.
