i dont see how they could ban u for this because in theory if a friend came over to your house and brought his profile and maps on a usb and he was using it with you and you hadnt bought them then treyarch wouldnt be able to tell the difference so obv if they're doing this you should be able to call them or something because you're not modding and your friend paid for it

Listen to what you are saying. It is still considered modding and I am pretty sure in the terms of use you are not allowed to share downloadable content or something. Why don't you guys just buy it and stop complaining? If you get banned then you deserve it.
